Family, Maternity & Newborn Photography in Arlington, TX

Family portrait sessions are about more than just posing for the camera. They're about capturing the precious moments that define your unique story: the way your little one reaches for you, the laughter, the candid in-between moments that make your family yours.

I'm Jordan, a family, maternity and newborn photographer in Arlington, TX, serving the Dallas-Fort Worth area and the Texas Hill Country. My sessions are relaxed and guided, so you can simply connect while I capture the love and little details that become treasured memories.

Family Sessions

No stiff poses or forced smiles. I'll guide you with easy prompts and games that get kids laughing and families snuggling, and I'm patient with toddlers who have their own plans. We can shoot at a favorite Arlington park, in my greenhouse studio, or at golden hour somewhere meaningful to you.

Maternity Sessions

Your pregnancy is a season worth remembering. Maternity sessions are best between about 28 and 34 weeks, when your bump is beautifully round and you still feel comfortable. You're welcome to choose from my client closet of flowing gowns and dresses, so you don't have to shop for the perfect outfit. Partners and big siblings are always welcome.

Newborn & Lifestyle Sessions

Those first weeks go by so fast. Lifestyle newborn sessions happen in the comfort of your home, where baby is relaxed and you're surrounded by the nursery, the rocking chair and the little everyday moments you'll want to remember. They're best within the first few weeks after birth. Book your maternity session and newborn session together for a beautiful bump-to-baby story.

Where I Photograph

I'm based in Arlington, TX and photograph families all over the DFW area, including Fort Worth, Mansfield, Grand Prairie and Grapevine. Once a month I'm in the Hill Country, where sessions at my ranch and along the Llano River are available. See my Llano & Hill Country sessions.

  • Chic Petite, $285: 30 minutes, 8 web-sized digitals, client closet available
  • Chic Classic, $375: about 1 hour, 15 web-sized digitals, client closet available

Family & Maternity FAQ

What should we wear?
Coordinate rather than match: pick two or three colors that work together and add texture. I'll send you a prep guide with outfit ideas after you book.

What if my kids won't cooperate?
That's completely normal. I build in breaks and keep things playful, and some of the best photos happen in the unplanned moments.

What if it rains?
Weather reschedules are always free.

When will we get our photos?
Your gallery is ready within 2 weeks.
